Shipping Via Courier

Our shipments are entrusted to the courier.

All packages are packaged with the utmost care.

Delivery will take place at the destination address indicated by you on the order form. If at the time of delivery the recipient is absent, the person in charge will leave a message to agree on another delivery time or to allow the parcel to be collected at the nearest courier office.

If the packaging shows obvious signs of tampering or deformation that could lead to the presumption of any damage or alteration of the contents, you can refuse the package or, alternatively, accept it by signing the delivery note with the words "Subject to control", in order to to be able to check the contents of the package and make sure of the good condition of the goods. In the event that one or more products are not in perfect condition because they have been damaged during transport, all you have to do is inform us by contacting our Client Services: we will replace the damaged products at our expense and as soon as possible or, if this does not if possible, to reimburse you for their amount.

DELIVERY TIMES AND SHIPPING COSTS

The cost of shipping via express courier is 8 euros for Italy (free for cart over 120 euros), 14.99 euros for the EU (free for cart over 200 euros) and 19.99 euros for the rest of the world. The goods are entrusted to the courier within two working days from the date of receipt of the order. Delivery times are estimated within 2-4 working days from shipment for deliveries in Italy, 2-6 working days for deliveries in the EU.

All delivery costs are clearly indicated at the time of the order, and included in the total that you find in the order summary.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation by email containing a link to the order summary on our website. From this page you can check the progress of the order and view or print the relevant receipt.

You can easily access the history of all the orders placed and the related invoices by accessing, after logging in, the private area dedicated to you on the Waxman Brothers website.

If you have chosen shipping via express courier as your delivery method, as soon as your order has been processed you will receive an order update via e-mail. A tracking number will appear on our site in the order summary that will identify your shipment, and a link to the shipping tracking page on the courier's site.
